A Designated Fund provides you the opportunity to name charities or causes to receive automatic annual grants from you. To establish your Designated Fund, review this infographic and then complete the information below.

Please note: For new funds established between March 1 and March 31 contributions will initially be invested in the Money Market Fund. Starting April 1 assets will be invested in your selection from the five new options available to Designated Funds and listed in this form.
